When you use the contact form, Shotop Aerial Photography receives the name, email address, and message you choose to submit. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.

How information is used

Contact details and message content are used to review and respond to your inquiry and to manage related business communications. They are not sold or rented and are not used to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

The website and form are hosted and processed by Cloudflare. Form messages are delivered using Resend to the business email inbox provided by Google. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy terms.

Technical information

Website hosting and security systems may process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser details, and request metadata, to operate, protect, and measure the site.

Retention and requests

Messages are retained in the business inbox while needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records. To request access to or deletion of a message you submitted, email [email protected].

This policy may be updated as the site or its services change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
